Editions are generated and sent automatically, without a second analyst reviewing each one before it goes out (see the methodology). This is the compensating control: every error found after publication is logged here, in the open, and never quietly deleted.

No corrections have been logged yet. When an error is found after an edition is published, it is recorded here — with the date, the edition, and what changed. The record is append-only; nothing is edited away silently.
